History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A freak accident while working with his Unemployed mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'0". He is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, brown shirt, and green tie. His blue hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. His red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To be a Barkeep again; and wants to raise his children well

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a yellow vest and prefers black and brown shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born in the south to a Spy, Nija learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 3 years.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and many dire rats want him driven away
