History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Balifra fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. During his travels, Dain and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Dain discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Dain fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
