To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tippletoe. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vicky fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
