Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Navigator. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Percival was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He tends to his Navigator job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Megged is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

After months of barely getting by, Eida managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
