History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat. His dark red hair is thinning but still full. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Xappan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the east were limited. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mayor and was forced into it by her family; and wants to raise her children well

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature nunchaku.
