Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Interpreter profession.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gifted student she started as a Interpreter, but she got bored and became a Marshal. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and she's looking for her big break

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Emen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls; and many gnolls want her driven away

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of giants

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ulblyn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
