Personality: Melech is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Melech lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He became a Map Maker soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Map Maker responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears dark leathers with embroidery. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His ears are large.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: The child of a Healer, who enjoyed hunting, Alston was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Alston took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor he uses now. After a long history of fighting, Alston and his spouse have recently divorced.
