History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

History: Conrad hails from a village terrorized by giants. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Conrad alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He tends to his Layabout job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
