Description: This late middle aged man wears a green vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his green boots flare out at the collars and is in decent physical shape. He wears a colorful flower in his blue hair. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. Mormo enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: This fat southern woman has a bulbous nose and typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep white leather and dull grey iron scale mail. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She wears her red hair up. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.
History: Jasmine was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Jasmine abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her red hair is still thick. Her gray eyes peer out from beneath her top red hat.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: She was born in the east. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sarai fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She now owns her own business.
Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and sabotage a competitor
