History: Volen hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Volen was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and doesn't want to be a weaver and was forced into it by her family

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to work out more often

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
