Elegant decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Guard kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Neega was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born in the east to a Laborer, Rivaan learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Body Guard. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
