Description: 3'5" and muscular, this northern woman usually wears her tan robe and has her halberd always slung over her shoulder. Her tied-back hair is red. This green eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Banker arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and wants to work out more often

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy red stubble. He sports grey clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He has a hunchback. His hair is red and curly. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Reynard was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He married young, but lost his spouse to illithids. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Ideals: Persistence, Justice. Flaws: Ugly, Depressed. Bonds: Enemies. Occupation: Spice Merchant

Description: He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with brown colored cloaks and clothing. He is portly but not overly obese. His golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson brown hat.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: An older man who wears just a violet suit, he is not a threatening figure. His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Ideals: Justice. Flaws: Antagonistic. Bonds: Criminal record, Religious. Occupation: Bellfounder

She has styled her black hair well, parting it to the right. Her gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Carpenter. She became a Carpenter soon after.

Motivation: Expand her business; and further expansion of business

Ideals: Professionalism, Entrepeneur. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Slave, Job. Occupation: Carpenter
