History: She was born in the south. Millicent was born on a far southern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Roofer. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Healer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a Healer soon after.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
