History: She is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
