History: Born to a Blacksmith, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Crampernap lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Architect they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Tailor, and he later adopted a second son.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Roofer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Her moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her eyes are amber and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Kabbarg hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting illithids, the young Kabbarg began to lead the lost caravan. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She wants revenge against illithids; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
