She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aline grew up listening to her father's many stories. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and to settle down with his crush

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
