History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Perra alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She got into the Ruler business at a young age. At a young age her father died while driving off some goblins. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in shortbow use. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Oda fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
