Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She dresses like a well dressed Barber does. Her black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Barber but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: Pennie was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She prefers to wear brown clothing when she does not wear armor. Her white hair is matted, messy, and big. She has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.
Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Audhild abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears skinny pants and wears a violet and black robe with the hood down, and is pretty ugly. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Dayereth was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Azaki was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
