Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Bilga never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
