History: Savaran was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Smoking was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
