History: Gifted from a young age, Oblar studied abroad. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Butcher born in the past three hundred years. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He tends to his Butcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
