Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a blue vest and prefers tan and grey shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His long silver hair reaches down to his waist. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He struck the Brewer job and began his own company from there.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cumpen liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
