History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Frug grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Frug. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Beast enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Beast fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and wants to work out more often

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
