Description: A moderately attractive woman, she wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized pastel coat. Her fur is white, silky, and of moderate length. Her eyes are green.
Personality: She is fixated on the number 2. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a quarterstaff on his belt. He carries with him a set of quarterstaffs, each one with a jet on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His black hair and beard is wavy and long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He feeds upon the attention of others.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly greatswords and kukris. With a patchy white beard and wild white hair. His eyes are amber.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: An older man who wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered black stockings, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is black and curly. His eyes are likewise hazel.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Charles is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Charles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now owns his own business.

Description: 3'4" and muscular, this eastern man wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy blonde hair. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Zaffrab was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: To be a Layabout again; and revenge
