Personality: He is fixated on the number 23. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His first spouse was a Shipwright, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She usually wears her tan robe and has her scythe always slung over her shoulder. Her auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a yellow collared shirt and pastel skirt. She accessorizes with a brown scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. She wears her red hair down. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. The war was a terrible time for her, and Williamina does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Williamina lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Gardener and was forced into it by her family.
