Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. After months of barely getting by, Umpen managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Shoemaker born in the past three hundred years. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: Bilbron was born with his mother's beautiful face. He worked as a nervous Shoemaker and found it very stressful. He has achieved small success as a Shoemaker.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a pastel coat, and carries pickaxes. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Five was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

She has a dull look in her hazel eyes.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Chaedi was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
