Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her black hair is thinning but still full. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: She got into the Ruler business at a young age. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Shivering isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tabaxi unity. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Shivering was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
