Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Mella alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
