History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Carlin was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying west to reunite her family. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'5". She has the majority of her body covered in plate. Her hair is blue and curly. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Vepar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Vepar. After months of barely getting by, Vepar managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
