History: Born in the east to a Interpreter, Purban learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He found a children's book about a Halfling Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
