History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Peren grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Peren. Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She has all her life been fascinated with painting.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son.
