When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spice Merchant.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. Kali enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Kali lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
