Through the years after Norkruuth was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Seddit was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Assassin hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
