However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Vaina was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Vaina decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Actor business.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Beleth isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born in the west to a Dilettante, Beleth learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has worked as a Dilettante like her mother before her.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and her religion dominates her actions
