History: Mella hails from a village terrorized by drow. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Heskan is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He got into the Bricklayer business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bricklayer.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When William reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. William fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
