Personality: Randal is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: She wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. She carries with her a set of bows on her belt, each one with a emerald on the hilt. She keeps her chestnut hair in a pixie cut. Her eyes are amber and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Tippletoe was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He uses divination through singing.
History: He is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: She wears green leather gloves, a green jacket, and tight pants. Her chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. Her half smiles and silver eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Anakis was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Joser's homeland. Joser decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Joser fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
