History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He is a Roofer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gimurt does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the west to a Roofer, Gimurt learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He tends to his Roofer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Adventurer. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it
