History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Hlin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
