Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she's looking for her big break

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears red robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a scythe, but if one is not available she will default to her quarterstaff. Her red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Jasmine enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the east. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
