History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Purah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Shamash hails from a village terrorized by drow. At some point he was captured by drow and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants revenge against drow
