History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Layabout mother left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a black coat with yellow slacks. Her white hair is long and unkept. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Interpreter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Interpreter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her childhood dream was to be a Fletcher, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: She is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her shortspear, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. Her brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her eyes are likewise gold. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Vapula was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is a great chef.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mason arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and money/treasure
