Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady blue eyes.
Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age her mother died while driving off some gnolls. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in club use. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: This woman wears a fancy tan dress, and sports empty pouches on her belt. Her blonde hair is cut short. Her brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.
History: Ulla was born with her mother's beautiful face. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Mayor for the past few years.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and sabotage a competitor

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His golden hair is long and unkept. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Morkral was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Morkral took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up nunchaku and armor he uses now. He bought a nunchaku and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he's attracted to the pc

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her first spouse was a Priest, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.
