History: Anselm hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
