Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Merchant business.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Roofer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
