History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Torbera grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Torbera. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
