History: Smoking was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Smoking and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Painter. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Ilde lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She worked as a nervous Painter and found it very stressful. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is her passion; and wants to open a new tavern
