Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Mayor for the past few years.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Bilga's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She found a children's book about a Half-Orc Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
