History: Baradad was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sage work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sage work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Sage job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and he is content

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Mortician. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mortician responsibilities is difficult; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Gifted from a young age, Drifting studied abroad. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bimpnottin embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Bimpnottin and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and to reunite with her absent father
