History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Zed was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Saphara was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 58. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Althaea was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
