History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Sindri was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the north. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
